At ASE Autogate, our commitment to quality is evident in the meticulous craftsmanship of our wrought iron and steel gates, all meticulously handcrafted by our team of skilled fabricators. Our security gates are tailor-made to meet the unique design preferences of each customer. Each gate undergoes a comprehensive process, starting with full galvanization to prevent rusting, followed by a powder coating application for a durable, high-quality finish.

We prioritize the selection of the correct size hinges for each application, taking into consideration the weight of the gates and the anticipated frequency of use. Whenever possible, we prefer to hinge our gates from steel support posts. These posts are securely concreted into the ground to bear the weight of each gate. If the posts are visible, they will share the same finish as the gates. Alternatively, we can install the posts in a way that allows for the construction of a stone or brick pillar around the steelwork. This design ensures that the gates derive their strength from the steel posts rather than relying on the pillar to support their weight.

The ground levels play a crucial role in the overall system design and reliability. For optimal performance, the ground should ideally be as level as possible or slope away from the underside of the gates as they open. This attention to detail and thorough approach to gate design and installation is what sets ASE Autogate apart, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal in every security gate we create.
