Automatic & Manual Rising Bollards
Manual bollards are available in a selection of sizes to suit various security requirements from domestic installations to the anti-ram ‘Sold-Secure’ units. They are fully galvanised to help prevent against rusting and are usually finished in a black or yellow powder coating, however they can be finished in any standard RAL colour of your choice.
The telescopic bollards we install are extremely easy to operate as the locking mechanism is positioned to the top of the bollard. The lock is a secure ‘anti-drill’ barrel lock as this provides an additional form of security. All the bollards we install are fully retractable, this means they drop down into the ground and do not leave a dangerous trip hazard on the surface of the drive when the bollard is in its lowered position.

Automatic Bollards
Automatic bollards are extremely robust and are ideally suited to areas where vehicle security rather than pedestrian security is a priority. They can be either operated individually or as several units together. Models vary in size and are chosen to suit each individual application.
The standard unit rises to 500mm above ground and has a diameter of 210mm. The larger unit rises to 700mm above ground level.
Both are finished with a reflective coating and have LED lights positioned to the top to help warn approaching vehicles of their position.
Traffic lights are usually installed to help identify when its safe to pass over the bollard.
Automated bollards are installed complete with all necessary safety devices such as safety photocells and induction loops as these prevent the bollard from rising should a vehicle be positioned above the bollard.
